Strawberry porridge oats

A delicious and nutritious breakfast recipe idea for you and the kids – strawberry porridge! Perfect fuel for school full of protein, fibre and healthy fats.

Ingredients

  • 20g or 2 very heaped tsp Purition Strawberry
  • 20g rolled oats
  • 40g blueberries
  • 40g strawberries
  • 120ml milk or nut milk

Method

  1. Simply heat the oats with your chosen milk on a medium heat to make porridge
  2. Once cooked, stir through the Purition and half of the berries
  3. Decorate with the remaining berries. Enjoy!

Tips & swaps

  • No Purition Strawberry? Try with any of the fruity flavours - Banana works particularly well with a nut butter drizzle and sliced banana
