    Ingredients
    • 40g of Purition Apple & Blackberry
    • 60g Plain flour

    • 200ml milk
    Method
    1. Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes
    2. Heat 1 tsp coconut oil in a non-stick frying pan on a medium/low heat
    3. Add a ¼ of batter to the pan and cook until golden on both sides (when bubbles  start to form it's time to flip it over)
    4. Repeat until you've run out of batter, stack them up and enjoy!

    Ingredients
    • ½ cup gluten free oats, blended to make a flour
    • 40g Purition Apple and Blackberry
    • ½  tsp baking powder
    • ½  cup milk/dairy free milk
    • ½  tsp cinnamon
    • ½  small apple, chopped into small pieces
    Optional toppings
    • Berries
    • Sliced apple
    Method
    1. Preheat your oven to 180°C
    2. Grease an oven-proof dish
    3. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: blended oat flour, Purition, baking powder, cinnamon
    4. Add the chopped apple to the dry ingredients and mix well
    5. Pour in the milk and stir until thoroughly combined
    6. Transfer the mixture to your greased dish
    7. If using, arrange the apple slices and berries on top
    8. Bake for 25 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top

    Method
    1. Add 40-50g of Purition to 125g-150g of plain Greek style yoghurt

    Ingredients
    • Purition Apple and Blackberry
    • Mixed unsalted nuts
    • Pumpkin seeds
    • Dried coconut
    • Cinnamon
    • Coconut oil
    • Pinch of sea salt
    Method
    1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (fan)
    2. Mix 2 cups roughly chopped mixed nuts in a bowl with ½ cup pumpkin seeds, ½ cup of dried or desiccated coconut, ¾ cup (about 80g) Purition - we used Apple and Blackberry, but you can use any flavour
    3. Melt 2-3 tablespoons of coconut oil with ½-1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
    4. Pour the oil mix over the nut mix & mix well
    5. Spread the raw granola mix onto a lined baking sheet and place in the oven. After 10-15 minutes take it out and give the tray a little shake and pop back in again for another 5-10mins until the mix is nicely golden
    6. Once cooked, allow to fully cool on the tray before decanting, enjoy!
