What you'll need
Main ingredients
- 1 tin tuna (we used in olive oil)
- ¼ cup plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 celery rib, chopped
- ¼ cup red onion diced
- ¼ cup cornichons or chopped gherkins
Fresh/ frozen
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped
Store cupboard
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
What to do
- Add drained tuna and the rest of the prepared ingredients listed above into a large bowl. Mix well.
