Our go-to pancake recipe is a hit with Limited edition Purition Blueberry! It requires just 3 simple store cupboard ingredients, you'll probably have already, plus 40g of your favourite Purition - obviously we used Purition Blueberry for these, but all Purition flavours work well!

  • 150ml milk (we use semi-skimmed or almond milk)

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until smooth. Leave the batter to rest for 5 minutes

  3. Add a 2-3 tbsp of batter to the pan and cook until golden on both sides
  4. Repeat until you've run out of batter. You should be able to make 5-6 medium pancakes

Energy balls, protein balls, bliss balls... whatever you like to call them, there’s no denying that they’re perfect for a mid afternoon pick-me-up or when you just need a little something.

Our energy balls offer a healthier twist to conventional sugary treats, but let's not forget, they owe their sweetness to those naturally sugary dates. While it's the "natural" kind of sugar, it's still sugar, so be mindful of this - especially if weight-loss is your goal - As the wise folks say, moderation is key!

  • 40g Purition Blueberry
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup unsalted mixed nuts

Optional extra

  • Zest of a lemon

  1. Soak the pitted dates in some off the boil boiled water for 5 minutes
  2. In a food processor, pulse a cup of mixed nuts until roughly chopped
  3. Drain and to the processor add the dates along with 40-50g Blueberry Purition and the zest of a lemon (if using)
