⅓ - ½ cup Raspberry Purition
1 cup of kefir
½ mixed cup of frozen berries & sliced banana
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • ¼ of a frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt

HOW TO MAKE

  • Add all the ingredients to your blender cup and blend until smooth
  • Add a dash of milk/ nut milk if needed
  • Enjoy straight away or leave to thicken up even more in the fridge for 5-10mins

With just a couple of simple steps, you can create this delicious and refreshing summery delight!

INGREDIENTS

  • 80g Purition Raspberry
  • 250g Greek yoghurt
  • Fresh berries for topping

HOW TO MAKE

  • Stir the Purition into the greek yoghurt
  • Spread the mix on a plate or tray lined with non-stick baking paper
  • Add your chosen toppings - we went for some sliced strawberries and blueberries.
  • Freeze for a few hours or until set. Cut into pieces and let it sit in room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
  • You can store the other pieces in a container in the freezer so they are ready for you to enjoy!
