Ingredients

  • ⅓ - ½ cup Raspberry Purition
  • 1 cup of kefir
  • ½ mixed cup of frozen berries and sliced banana
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender cup and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to your blender cup and blend until smooth
  2. Add a dash of milk/ nut milk if needed
  3. Enjoy straight away or leave to thicken up even more in the fridge for 5-10 mins

Ingredients

  • 80g Purition Raspberry
  • 250g Greek yoghurt
  • Fresh berries for topping

Method

  1. Stir the Purition into the greek yoghurt
  2. Spread the mix on a plate or tray lined with non-stick baking paper
  3. Add your chosen toppings - we went for some sliced strawberries and blueberries
  4. Freeze for a few hours or until set. Cut into pieces and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving
  5. Store any remaining bark in a container in the freezer
