- 2 tbsp of plain yoghurt
Method
- Add all of the ingredients to your blender cup and blend until smooth
- Add a dash of milk/ nut milk if needed
- Enjoy straight away or leave to thicken up even more in the fridge for 5-10 mins

Ingredients
- 80g Purition Raspberry
- 250g Greek yoghurt
- Fresh berries for topping
Method
- Stir the Purition into the greek yoghurt
- Spread the mix on a plate or tray lined with non-stick baking paper
- Add your chosen toppings - we went for some sliced strawberries and blueberries
- Freeze for a few hours or until set. Cut into pieces and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving
- Store any remaining bark in a container in the freezer
